Return Policy
PLEASE READ THIS RETURN POLICY BEFORE ORDER.
Grayfixx shall not entertain any complaints after return policy date, once the order is delivered.
Returns is a scheme provided by respective sellers directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered by the respective sellers to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. For all products, the policy on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy. Do refer the respective item's applicable return policy on the product page for any exceptions to the table below.

The return policy is divided into three parts; Do read all sections carefully to understand the conditions and cases under which returns will be accepted
Part-1 Refund & Replacement
Stickers, Graphics or any vinyl products - Refund and replacement are not acceptable in this and If customers torn the sticker while applying then bookamaze will not responsible of this and not replace or refund but if customer received different item or received missing item from ordered items then bookamaze can refund or replace till 24 hours from delivered date and if customers are being not like their products after receiving then bookamaze will be neither replace nor refund.
Any types of customize or printed products - Refund and replacement are not acceptable in this because this is customized product only for you and bookamaze cannot sell again customize products to other cusotmers. So bookamaze will not approved your return request and neither replace nor refund. but if customers received different products from ordered products or received damaged products then in this condition bookamaze will be replace or refund customers products.
Other products - Refund and replacement can acceptable when return policy mentioned on ordered items. But products should be damaged or received different products and if customer received different item from ordered items then bookamaze can refund or replace and if customers are being not like their products after receiving then bookamaze will neither replace nor refund.
Refund Process- If the customer creates a return request for his order with refund action and Grayfixx seller accepts the customer's refund, in this case the customer's amount is refunded within 2-3 days without any charges. If the customer doesn't like their product or wants to return due to some other reason that doesn't accept bookamaze seller, so in this case also the return will be accepted in few days, but the customer will have to pay the delivery charges and return charges which are 68+98 for under 0.5kg products and and these charges will be refunded after deducting it from the bookmaze refundable amount in 4-5 Days
Part-2 Returns Pick-Up and Processing
In case of returns where you would like item(s) to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if pick-up service is available at the new address
During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions:
Product's original packaging/ box should be undamage
The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, water damaged or broken.
The field executive will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.
For any products for which a refund or replace is to be given, the refund or replace will be processed once the returned product has been received/pickup by the customers through delivery boy.
Part-3 General Rules for a successful Return
In certain cases where the seller is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given.
During open box deliveries, while accepting your order, if you received a different or a damaged product, you will be given a refund (on the spot refunds for cash-on-delivery orders). Once you have accepted an open box delivery, no return request will be processed, except for manufacturing defects. In such cases, this category-specific replacement/return general conditions will be applicable.
For products where installation is provided by Grayfixx's service partners, do not open the product packaging by yourself. Grayfixx authorised personnel shall help in unboxing and installation of the product.
For any product related issues will be checked by an authorised service personnel (free of cost) and attempted to be resolved by replacing the faulty/ defective part of the product. Full replacement will be provided only in cases where the service personnel opines that replacing the faulty/defective part will not resolve the issue.
If you return your product without any reason than your money will be refund but not added your delivery charges.

Stickers - Warranty

Follow these terms
1. Proper video is mandatory for replacement.
2. Only the damaged part will be replaced, not the full body.
3. The warranty card is mandatory for claims.
4. If the color of the sticker fades within 2 years, it will be replaced and if the sticker peels off within 6 months naturally, then it will be replaced.
5. Any part peel-off in an accident will not be replaced.
6. If you manually cut or tamper with any part of the sticker, your warranty will be void.
7. *Note* - Before applying the sticker, clean the bike thoroughly and do not use polish before and after on it, otherwise you will not get a claim after applying it.
8. You will have to pay the delivery charges for replacement yourself.
9. The replaced part will be replaced only once. If the same part keeps peeling off then the claim will not be accepted in this condition. It is your responsibility.
10. If you want to buy another full-body design instead of replacement then you will get an instant discount of 50% from MRP and if you want to put a different sticker on the same bike after 6 months, you'll also receive a 50% discount on the MRP, and your old warranty card will be voided.

8. Any modifications and alterations to the PPF will avoid the Warranty.
9. The warranty does not cover damage caused by Accidents.
Application Guidelines
1. Before applying the PPF, clean the bike thoroughly and do not use polish before and after on it, otherwise you will not get a claim after applying it.
2. For the best results and to validate the warranty, We recommend professional installations by Technicians.
